Overview
A Hebrew job-posting platform for employers and recruitment coordinators: a guided job-spec flow captures must-have versus flexible requirements, and an AI screening agent scores every applicant against them.
The challenge
Employers drown in applications and read every CV by hand, while the requirements that actually decide a hire are never written down precisely enough to filter on.
What we built
A multi-step job spec separating must-haves from nice-to-haves, an AI agent that scores and re-scores applicants as profiles and CVs change, and a pipeline with funnel filters, instant-match tags and direct chat to a candidate.
