Overview
A Hebrew RTL portal for freelance recruiting agents: a job board that shows the commission up front, candidate submission, a personal placement roster, and commissions with payout requests — wired into the agency's back office.
The challenge
Freelance agents work outside the agency's system, so open roles, candidate status and what they are owed end up living in WhatsApp threads.
What we built
A commission-first job board, candidate submission by hand or by secure self-completion link, a roster that tracks every placement, and payout requests with a threshold, a history and stated rejection reasons.
